Admissions

The following information is needed for each student at the time of registration.

• Registration Form

• Teacher Recommendations

• Handbook Agreement

• Birth Certificate

• Parent’s Valid Driver’s License

• Student Health Record Form

• Current Kentucky Immunization Certificate

Subsequently, an entrance exam and admissions interview will be scheduled.

The following must be paid prior to the first day of attendance.
